3吨叉车的门架系统设计
摘 要:根据目前我国内燃叉车门架的结构性能,进行改装性设计,由于叉车工作装置存在的问题有很多。比如:门架变形很大,门架轨道面产生压痕和磨损,或者滚轮被压碎,在设计当中注意这些问题。对叉车的货叉和门架进行设计和计算,以提高叉车门架的稳定性,提升寿命和可靠性。从设计当中了解叉车门架以及提升部分的结构性能,并为以后该装置的研究提供基础数据和部分图纸。

The System Design Of 3 Tons Forklift Truck Door Frame
Abstract: According to our current country internal combustion performance of the forklift truck door frame, to retrofit design, there are many problems because of the forklift truck working device. Such as: door frame deformation is large, the door frame rail surface indentation and wear and tear, or roller crushed. Pay attention to these problems in the design. To design and calculate the fork frame of the forklift, in order to improve the stability of the forklift frame, enhance the service life and reliability,understand the structural performance of forklift gantry and the hoisting part from the design, and provide the basic data and drawings for the future device.
