摘  要

 
冲压机机架采用三梁四柱结构,上下各一个固定横梁,横梁用四个立柱支撑,一个活动梁(滑块)沿四个立柱移动,在活动梁(滑块)和一个上下梁之间有上下加热板和模具。被加工的物料放在上下模具之间冲压成型。为了增加产量,提高生产效率,主机采用双机组结构。
   四柱式机构为冲压机常见的结构形式之一,机身是典型的三梁四柱结构。主缸布置在上横梁中心。活动横梁与主缸活塞刚性连结并由主缸活塞驱动。由四柱导向完成压制和回程动作。控制箱安装在主机右前侧,各控制按钮和压力表,调压阀等,均布置在箱体面板上,因此工作者在控制箱前即可集中操纵和调整。上滑块行程限位装置则布置于机身右前侧。可以调整活动横梁上限,减速和下限位置。动力机构布置于主机右侧并由管路系统与主机连接起来。

 ABSTRACT
