45吨旋挖钻机底盘支重轮与引导轮的设计
摘要:旋挖钻机是工程钻机行业的一个重要门类,是现代工程建设施工中不可缺少的大型设备之一。支重轮、引导轮作为整车底盘的重要部件,其设计和制造质量直接关系着整机安全。因此对支重轮、引导轮的设计研究及结构优化是非常必要和有实际意义的。本文以三一SR150全液压旋挖钻机为参考,对旋挖钻机的支重轮及引导轮进行设计。
本次设计主要对旋挖钻机的支重轮与引导轮的设计。首先选定履带型号B型从而来选择支重轮、引导轮的型号,再进一步对支重轮与引导轮的结构设计、以及其各参数的确定,最后完成其PRO/E三维建模,并对模型进行干涉检测,以确定其结构的合理性和进行优化设计。

Abstract:The rotating drill rig is one of important engineering industry, modern engineering construction categories in construction of large equipment is one of the indispensable. Roller, guide wheel as an important component of the vehicle chassis, its design and manufacturing quality direct relation with the safety. So on roller, guide wheel design and structure optimization is very necessary and practical. Based on the SR150 trinity hydraulic the rotating drill for reference to the rotating drill, the supporting roller and guide wheel design.
The design of the rotating drill of roller and guide wheel design. First choose crawler model-b type to choose roller, guide wheel model, further to roller and guide wheel structure design, and its parameters determination, and finally finished the PRO/E, and 3d modeling of interference model test, the rationality of the structure and optimization design。
