设计简介
发动机装配线是对发动机顺序装配的流水线工艺过程,由于装配工艺的好坏直接影响产品质量,装配线在整个生产过程中占有重要地位。因此,发动机装配线是否合理,直接影响了摩托车质量和产量。根据毕业设计任务书上的设计要求及通过对本课题的研究,针对实验室教学的场地限制,在查看已有文献的基础上,设计整套摩托车发动机的装配线。使之既符合本校实际教学需要。首先完成装配线线体的设计。在线体的选择上充分考虑了本校的实际情况。在此基础上,设计了与装配线线体相匹配的随行夹具。通过连接转轴把U形托架与安装板连接。采用这种方式能够方便发动机的安装,容易替换,而且简易方便,制造成本低,通用性好。

Abstract
