【摘 要】组合机床是随着生产的发展由万能机床和专用机床发展来的。组合机床是按照高度工序集中的原则设计的,即一台机床上可以同时完成许多同一中工序或多种不同工序的加工。组合机床分大型组合机床和小型组合机床两大类。按配置型式分为单工位和多工位机床两大类。
二十一世纪的制造业面临着顾客需求驱动、不可预测、快速多变和来自全球不断增加的市场竞争,而且竞争不断加剧。市场的不断变化要求制造系统加工的产品品种能够快速变换以满足市场需求。
组合机床是由大量的通用部件和少量的专用部件组成的工序集中的高效率机床。它具有生产效率高,加工精度稳定等特点。
组合机床在汽车,拖拉机,柴油机,电机,仪器仪表,军工及缝纫机、自行车等轻工业大批量生产中已获得广泛的应用;一些中小批量生产的企业,如机床、机车、工程机械等制造业也已推广应用。组合机床最适宜于加工各种大中型箱体类零件,如气缸盖、气缸体、变速箱体、电机座及仪表壳等零件;也可用来完成轴套类、轮盘类、叉架类和盖板类零件的部分或全部工序的加工。
本设计介绍了减振器活塞及支承座上双面活塞八个大孔和八个小孔的多工位立式组合钻床的设计过程。它包括组合钻床的总体设计,主轴箱设计和夹具的设计三大部分。前者包括组合钻床总体设计,切削用量的制定及刀具的选用。三图一卡(被加工零件工序图,加工示意图,机床联系尺寸图,机床生产率计算卡)编制。中者包括主轴箱结构绘制,主轴箱设计原始依据图,主轴结构形式的选择及动力计算。传动系统的设计与计算,主轴箱坐标计算以及主轴箱总图设计,部分轴,齿轮,轴承的校核。后者包括工作台的设计和夹具的布置,以及完成多工位的机械传动部分。
