摘 要
在橡胶工业中,由于所有的橡胶加工的过程都要经过炼胶加工工序,所以炼胶设备已经成为了通用设备,且已成为了橡胶机械中很重要的设备之一。现在的炼胶设备主要包括开炼机,密炼机(间断停歇式生产,现在很通用)连续混炼挤出机(可连续生产,橡胶的生产工业中正在研究,塑料方面已进入工业化)。
在橡胶生产工业中,混炼车间作为整个橡胶生产行业的核心,是橡胶工厂最重要的一个部门,同时也是能源消耗的大户,占总能源消耗的40%左右,也是现在重点需要节能的部门或者工序之一。它包含了烘箱,密炼机及其相应的辅助机器,开炼机和切胶机。在最近的几年中,由于国外的橡胶工业的发展迅速,不仅仅在加工技术方面进步很大,在设备方面也有了更大的发展,因此也在电子计算机管理和炼胶的控制作业中有了很广泛的引用,进而也使炼胶系统的自动化水平有了很大的提高,同时也引起了炼胶系统的变化。
最近几年中,国外炼胶技术的改革的结果证明:首先对炼胶机和其相应的辅助装置进行改革,然后使其进入现代化,进而使炼胶作业最佳化,同时有了较高的效率和较高的劳动生产力,才能让炼胶系统的技术创新得到真正的实现。经过数年的改革,现代的炼胶系统,尤其是炼胶产的炼胶系统已经发展到了自动化水平较高的工程系统。

为了调节辊筒在炼胶过程中的温度,把水通过进水管导入辊筒的内腔中,溢流从辊筒的一端的喇叭孔中进入溢流槽中再次派出,为了安全操作,可以拉动开炼机上端的安全拉杆,当拉动拉杆后,就可以自动切断电源,通过电磁抱闸而使其自动停车。为了防止塑料从辊筒两端挤入辊筒轴承的部位,装有相应的挡胶板.
