摘要
   我设计的是一台水果糖糖料拉白机。型号为TMJ200型。该拉白机对熬出的糖料进行拉伸,让糖料成为白色,使其光泽光亮,常用于酥芯糖糖衣的生产。该机的工作效率为25kg/次,次/8~10分钟。该机是一个传动机构,我对其传动机构进行设计。该机的工作状况是,通过电动机传到减速器,再通过减速器的变速运动,经过轴带动两曲柄的运动,两曲柄是进行相向运动,进行糖料的拉伸,达到工作的目的。在这次设计中我主要是对该拉白机的结构进行设计的。其主要步骤是,先选择其电动机的型号,根据其工作效率和要求来选择其型号的。然后再对其传动机构进行设计的,在这一部分我设计
了主轴和齿轮,还计算了其传动比。其机的主要部分就是曲柄和杠杆。
