WZ500型户外多幅画面广告机设计
摘要
本说明书主要介绍一种由可编程序控制器（PLC）、红外传感器、电动机为主要器件构成的新型广告发布装置——WZ500型户外多幅画面广告机。这种新型滚动画布广告控制装置是将几幅画面连接起来装在露天灯箱中，画布用电动机拖动，可上下进行循环显示，信息量大，动态效果好，可以对多种商品进行介绍或宣传，在街头构成一道风景线的同时也适用于大商场中对商品信息以及销售情况进行介绍。画布可以定期更换，方便不同商品需要。
WZ500型户外多幅画面广告机是一种机电一体化装置，硬件设计的整体思路是通过PLC输出的数字信号控制接触器组，达到控制电路的目的。然后根据设计基本参数，选择电机类型，确定传动方案，完成主传动机构设计。根据设计需要，选择减速器和离合器。在PLC控制系统设计时必须满足一些特定的控制要求，并且还要采取一些特殊的断电记忆及保护措施。
通过设计WZ500型户外多幅画面广告机实现此项功能,其画面可自动变换,从而提高了宣传场地和广告机的经济效益,对广告商和客户均有利,而且便于群众在同一时间，同一地点获得更多信息。

WZ500 Outdoor Multi-frame advertising machine design
Abstract
This manual describes a programmable logic controller (PLC), infrared sensor, the motor as the main device to constitute a new type of advertising device - the WZ500 type outdoor pieces of screen advertising machine. This new type of rolling canvas advertising control device is to connect the pieces of the screen installed in outdoor light boxes, canvas motor drive can be up and down cycle display large amount of information, dynamic effects, introduction or promotion of a variety of goods also applies in the street at the same time constitute a landscape described in the large shopping malls on the product information and sales. Canvas can be changed regularly to facilitate different commodities needs.
The WZ500 outdoor pieces of screen advertising machine is a mechatronic device, the whole idea of the hardware design of digital signal through the PLC output control contacts group to achieve the purpose of the control circuit. Then select the motor type according to the basic design parameters to determine the transmission program, complete the design of the main transmission mechanism. According to the need to design, select the reducer and clutch. PLC control system design must meet specific control requirements, and also to take some special power and memory and protective measures.
By design the WZ500 type of outdoor pieces picture advertising machine performs this function, the screen can automatically transform, thereby increasing the economic benefits of promotional venues and advertising machine is beneficial to both advertisers and customers, but also convenient for people at the same time, same place for more information.
