液压机总体设计
摘  要:液压机是锻压、冲压、冷挤、校直、弯曲、粉末冶金、成形、打包等工艺中广泛应用的压力加工机械,是最早应用液压传动的机械之一。压力机的类型很多,其中以四柱式液压机最为典型。主机为三梁四柱式结构,上滑块由四柱导向、上液压缸驱动,实现“快速下行→慢速加压→保压延时→快速回程→原位停止→向下退回”的动作循环。下液压缸布置在工作台中间孔内,驱动下滑块实现“向上顶出→向下退回”的动作循环。压力机液压系统以压力控制为足,系统压力高,流量大,功率高,尤其要注意如何提高系统效率和防止产生液压冲击。

 The Overall Design Of Hydraulic-Pressure-Station
AbstractPressing-machine is the thing that can be widely used in forging, cold squeezing, proofreading, powder-metallurgy, casting, packing and so on .By the time, Pressing-machine is one of the earliest machines that uses hydraulic pressure to work. Pressing-machines have a lot of kinds, in which the Four-Columns Hydraulic Pressure machines are the most typical. Main-machine uses three beams and four columns framework. And set-top-sliding block, which is driven by set-top-bowl, uses four columns to lead for work. Now that it can come true the cycle of the machine behaviors, including swift moving to bottom → low-speed pressing → protecting pressure by delaying → swift returning → stopping at the beginning . Set-bottom-bowl, which is placed in the middle of the hole on the worktable, drives the set-bottom-sliding block to come true the cycle of the machine behaviors that include rising to top → returning to bottom . The hydraulic pressure system of the pressing-machine puts the pressure control in a key position, so the pressure of the system is high. The important point is that it need notice how to enhance the efficiency of the system and how to avoid producing the impact of the hydraulic pressure.
