设计简介
摘 要
为了降低乘用车的长途运输成本,出现了轿运车。本次设计的课题为YD9160TCL轿运车设计,是为适应东风悦达起亚乘用车的发展需要而研发的。设计装载量为基本乘用车八辆,设计必须符合箱式挂车相应的国家和行业标准。
本课题以设计轿运车车箱为主线,覆盖了车架设计和侧围设计等内容。首先配合总体设计,进行了方案论证,根据设计选型原则,确定了车型和主要尺寸参数的选定。然后进行了车架的结构设计,确定了纵梁形式,横梁形式,以及纵梁与横梁的连接方式。根据弯曲强度,扭转应力的要求,进行了车架的设计计算;在侧围设计中,对立柱进行了研究,根据同行比较选定了侧围板,及爬梯的结构,选择了车门和进行了顶蓬的设计。最后完成了车架的总装图,侧围总装图,车架底板图,车架后端横梁图,车架前端横梁图,活动爬梯总成图,牵引底板图,牵引销图等图纸的绘制。

ABSTRACT
It appears car transporter with car industrial development. The subject of the design is to design a YD 9160TCL car transporter, the research and develop is to meet the need of the development of car of DYK. The number of basis shipping car in the design is eight. The design requirement must accord with the corresponding standard of trailer.
The case is the main part in car transporter trailer. It covers the design of frame and car body, etc. Cooperated with the whole design, launched the policy selection, according to the principle of the design selecting type, the selection of the car style and main size parameter. In the frame design, the first step is the structural design of the frame. It confirms the car line form, crossbeam form, and the way of connection between them, and then it is the material selection of the frame. The second step is to calculate the frame design. Which includes the frame quality, the flexure style, the crooked intensity. When designing the car body, the first is the structural design of car body. Then is the design and calculate the box column, the selection of the car body, the design of cat ladder, the selection of the car door and the design of the car above floor. At last the paper finishes which are the blueprint of case body and car body, the frame base plate scheme, the scheme of back crossbeam scheme, the picture of the activity cat ladder, the base plate and towing and so on.
