铣边机的设计根据方案的特点,来设定、选定基本参数。本方案机械结构的特点是需求加工典型零件而设计的,它与传统的组合铣不同而创新的一套特殊结构,但它能满足用户的加工需要。本产品是按用户要求而设计的,用户讨论合格后,投入生产,希望指导、鉴定。
设计机械加工工艺规程遵循如下原则[1]:
1) 可靠地保证零件图样上所有技术要求的实现。
2) 必须能满足生产纲领的要求。
3) 在满足技术要求和生产纲领要求的前提下,要求工艺成本最低,低耗节能。
4) 尽量减轻工人的劳动强度,保障生产安全。维护环境卫生。
