摘要
随着汽车的日益增多，解决停车难的问题显得越来越重要，尤其是在人口密集的大都市。而作为解决城市静态交通的有效措施——向空间、向高层发展的自动化立体停车设备,以其占地面积少、停车率高、布置灵活、高效低耗、性价比高、安全可靠等优点,越来越受到人们的青睐。全自动立体车库作为以其高效、快速、安全等特点，成为解决都市停车难问题最有效的途径。立体车库控制系统采用了以PLC作为控制核心的可编程控制元件。它具有可靠性高，功能完善，使用方便等特点。本次设计以实现立体车库的载车板的逻辑移动为为主要目标，并以其安全性能和逻辑判断为依据，设计了车库控制梯形图，并就其可靠性和控制策略、方法进行了研究，主要内容如下： 1．在分析立体车库运行特点的基础上，得出了立体车库的分级分布式控制的控制思路，设计了立体车库分布式控制系统。 2．结合车库系统的功能及运行特点，设计了各层的子控制器和辅助信息反馈元件控制。 3．对车库控制系统进行了安全可靠性分析，提出了解决车库运行过程中的安全性能并对整个系统进行了可靠性分析，确保了系统运行的可靠性。本文设计了一种垂直提升平移式立体车库的自动控制系统，详细介绍了系统结构、工作原理、安全防护措施，分析了系统的控制流程和PLC控制的梯形图。
本系统采用PLC、计算机结合组态画面监控，按动按钮或控制组态画面即可完成汽车存取过程，操作简单，存取方便。控制电路部分采用交流接触器传统方式，使运行安全可靠。设计采用可分组合，模块式安装，方便灵活，具备维护使用方便，造价低等特点。

Abstract
As the car is increasing, solving the problem of the parking is becoming more and more important, especially in the densely populated metropolis. But as the solution of static traffic in city -- the effective measures to space, develop to the high level of automated parking equipment, with its small area, parking rate is high, flexibility, high efficiency and low consumption, cost-effective, safe and reliable, more and more people of all ages. Full automatic stereo garage as with its efficient, fast, security features, solving urban parking problem become the most effective way to.Stereo garage control system adopts PLC as the control core of the programmable control element. It has the advantages of high reliability, perfect function, easy to use and so on characteristics of. This design to realize the stereo garage logic mobile car carrying board as the main target, and its safety performance and judgment logic as the basis, design of garage control ladder diagram, and the reliability and control strategy, method undertook study, the main contents are as follows:1 in the analysis of stereoscopic garage operation on the basis of the characteristics of, the stereo garage distributed control ideas, design of the stereo garage is a distributed control system. 2 combination garage system function and the operation characteristics, design of the sub controller and auxiliary information feedback element control. 3 pairs of garage control system for safety and reliability analysis, put forward to solve the garage during the operation of the safety performance of the whole system and the reliability analysis, ensure the reliability of the system operation. This paper introduces a design of vertical lifting and translation stereo garage control system, describes the system structure, working principle, safety protection measures, analyzes the system control flow and control of PLC ladder diagram.
The system uses PLC, computer with configuration screen monitoring, presses the button or the control configuration picture then completes the automobile access process, simple operation, convenient access. The control circuit uses AC contactor traditional way, so that the operation is safe and reliable. The design uses can be divided mix, modular installation, convenient and flexible, with convenient maintenance and use, and low cost characteristics.
