设计简介
摘 要
本次设计是步进送料机的设计。第一步对输送机作了简单的阐述;第二步分析了送料机传动机构的选择原则,经过分析筛选选出传送带作为传动机构;然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数对传送带进行设计;然后对电动机进行选型,主要根据执行机构所能承受最大阻力推算到电动机的功率,通过曲柄轴的转速推算到电动机的转速。最后对各零部件进行设计并且简单的说明了送料机的安装与维护。
普通型步进送料机由个主要部件组成:动力部分,v带装置,减速器,传动装置以及机箱。它的主要优点是:
① 瞬时传动比恒定、工作平稳、传动准确可靠可传递空间任意两轴之间的运动和动力;
② 适用的功率和速度范围广;
③ 传动效率高,η=0.92-0.98;
④ 工作可靠、使用寿命长;
本次步进送料机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
The design is a graduation project about the Step Feeder. First, it is a simple introduction about Step Feeder. Next, analyzed the principles about choose the transmission organization about the belt conveyor. After analysis it choose the belt Four-bar linkage act as the transmission organization. Then,designed the Four-bar linkage based on these design standard and methods about calculation and lec to type according to the parameter fixed. Extrapolate the power for the electric motor based on the biggest force for the executing agency to bear. Extrapolate rotate speed of the electric motor through the rotate speed of the Crank shaft. Thus to electrotype the electric motor .Finally design the each part and introduce the fix and maintain of the feeder。Step feeder common components from major components: dynamic part, v belt device, reducer, gear and chassis. Its main advantage :
① spreads to move to settle, work than in a moment steady, spread to move accurate credibility, can deliver space arbitrarily sport and the motive of the of two stalks;Power and speed scope
② applies are wide;
③ spreads to move an efficiency high, η =0.92-0.98;
④ work is dependable, service life long;
The feeder design step represents the general process of design, type design for the future that there is a reference value.
