光敏树脂液相固化成型机床设计
摘要:以累加思想实现零件制作的快速成型技术(RP),是制造技术领域的一项重大突破,它可以自动、直接、快速、精确地将设计思想从CAD模型,物化为具有一定功能的原型或零件,进而实现对产品设计进行快速评价、修改及功能试验,因此,这项技术能有效地缩短产品的研发周期。光固化成型技术(SLA)是最早商品化、应用最广泛的RP技术,其理论、工艺的完善及价格的降低等,对于RP的普及应用,有着极其重要的影响。
本文从SLA激光快速成型机的功能入手,先确定了SLA激光快速成型机的总体设计方案,然后分硬件和软件两个方面进行设计。硬件方面先进行初选型,然后计算,验证;软件方面从SLA激光快速成型机的制作原理入手进行了流程分析,从而确定了软件系统的功能模块。
硬件又分为机械和电气两部分,机械部分主要有涂层机构的设计选型计算、Z向工作台的设计选型计算和液位控制部分设计选型计算;电气部分涉及到控制方式的选择,各种功能卡的选择以及电气原理图的设计等等。

Abstract:The SL prototyping manufacturing technology in which fabricates parts with accumulate method, is a important breakthrough in manufacturing technology field. It can automatically, directly, rapidly and accurately change the design thought of CAD prototype into real prototypes or parts which have certain function, and that achieve rapid estimation modification and functional test of parts design. Thereby, the technology can effectively shorten the period of research and development of products. The SL prototyping technology is a RP technology that commercialization is the earliest and application is the widest Perfect of its theory and tech as well as reduce of the price etc. have very important infection for the popularization and application of the RP technology.
This article from the stereo lithography laser rapid prototyping machine function of the first laser to determine the SLA rapid prototyping machine design program, and then points both hardware and software design. Hardware, carry out a primary type, and then calculate, verify; software SLA laser rapid prototyping machine from the production flow analysis principle was to start to determine the functions of the software system modules.
Hardware is divided into two parts, mechanical and electrical .Mechanical design of the main selection of coated body calculation, Z selection to the table design level control part of the design calculation and selection calculation; electrical parts involved in the choice of control mode various functional card selection and design of electrical schematics and so on.
