轨道式电动搬运车及其控制系统设计
摘要
架桥机是架设桥梁时用来提升、移动T梁,使其达到指定位置的起重设备,
它广泛应用于桥梁的施工,较好地解决了水上、陆地和高山峻岭搭设支架施工的
难题,并极大地提高了工作效率,缩短了工期,在桥梁的建设中发挥了巨大作用。
轨道式搬运车是架桥机的一个重要组成部分,主要用来搬运T梁,使其达到指定
地点的运输设备,广泛用于混凝土预制场及野外施工工地,在桥梁及公路建设中
发挥了巨大作用。
本设计中,主要涉及两大块:机械传动装置的设计和电气控制装置的设计。
机械传动装置设计中,主要包括传动方案的设计、电动机的选型、减速器的选择、
传动齿轮的设计、传动轴的设计;在电气控制系统的设计中,包括工艺流程图的
设计、PLC的选型、外部接线图的设计、梯形图和指令语句的设计。

ABSTRACT
Bridge girder erection machine is used to ascend and remove the T beam. It is
a lifting equipment which can remove the T beam to the designated location. It is
widely applied in bridge construction, which has solved the problem of building stents
in water, land and mountain. And bridge girder erection machine greatly improve the
working efficiency, shorten the construction period. It plays a great role in the
construction of the bridge. Orbital carrier is a important part of bridge girder erection
machine, which is mainly used to transport T beam to the designated location. Orbital
carrier plays a important role in the construction of the bridge and highway, which is
widely applied in prefabricated field and wild projects.
In this design, mainly involves two sections: One is the mechanical
transmission device design , The other is electrical control system design. In
mechanical transmission device design, mainly including the transmission scheme
design, the selection of electromotor, the selection of gear transmission design, the
design of the transmission shaft, At the electric control system design, including
process diagram design, selection of PLC, the design of the ladder-diagram hook and
instruction of statements.
