摘 要
 
 
论文针对 CK3263B 数控车床的转塔刀架进行三维设计。主要设计部分有:传动系统,回转机构和定位机构。其中,传动系统选择液压传动,并进行了原理图等一系列设计;回转机构选定圆柱凸轮分度机构,并进行了详细设计校核;定位机构选择活塞杆预定位和齿盘精准定位。
 
利用 UG 软件进行各个零件的三维建模,并进行装配组装,导出二维图纸。转塔刀架系统在装夹过程中可以同时完成诸多工序,扩展了加工工序的范畴,不仅加快了生产效率而且大幅度改善了加工精度。

Abstract
 
In this paper,three-dimensional design of turret turret for CK3263B CNC lathe is carried out.The main design parts include:transmission system,rotary mechanism and positioning mechanism.Among them,the transmission system to select the hydraulic drive,and a series of schematics and other design;rotary mechanism selected cylindrical cam indexing mechanism,and carried out a detailed design check; positioning mechanism to select the piston rod pre-positioning and precision positioning of the tooth plate.
The modeling of each part of the turret and its assembly are established via UG software.The tooling system in the clamping process can be completed a number of processes at the same time,expanding the scope of processing processes,which not only speed up the production efficiency but also significantly improve the processing accuracy.
