设计简介
摘要
本次设计的题目是半自动管接头液动旋紧机(二)。因为旋紧机在抽油泵加工中起到很重要的作用。
此次的设计液压旋紧机是应用于筒式深井泵的内衬螺旋夹紧的半自动专用设备。可以对长6m、直径为90到110mm的泵进行旋紧。此次的液动旋紧机主要分为两部分,一部分是液压旋紧机构,一部分是上联和送料机构。本设计主要是上料和送料机构。液压缸一柱塞运动实现了夹紧和松夹,液压缸二柱塞运动实现了送料和退料。本次设计的部分主要有夹紧机构,齿轮齿条传动机构,升降机构,滑动机构以及支撑机构。所设计的底座包括导轨,焊接机座等。本装置结构简单,维护方便,操作简单,制作成本相对较低。本机床使可以将泵体的两端帽进行旋紧,使泵的内衬套同心的连接在一起而不松。

Abstract
The subject of this design is semi-automatic pipe joint hydraulic tightening machine (two). Because the tightening machine plays a very important role in the processing of the oil well pump.
The design of hydraulic tightening machine is used in the tube type deep well pump lining spiral clamping semi-automatic special equipment. A long 6m pump with a diameter of 90 to 110mm can be screwed. The hydraulic screwing machine is mainly divided into two parts, one part is the hydraulic screwing mechanism, a feeding mechanism and the upper part is. The design is mainly feeding and feeding mechanism. We choose the hydraulic pump as the power source, hydraulic pump piston movement to achieve the clamping and loose clamp, hydraulic pump two plunger movement to achieve feeding and withdrawal. The main parts of the design include clamping mechanism, gear rack drive mechanism, lifting mechanism, sliding mechanism and supporting mechanism. The designed base includes guide rail, welding frame and so on. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, simple operation and relatively low production cost. The machine tool can make the two ends of the pump body be screwed, so that the inner lining of the pump is connected together without looseness.
