摘 要
这次的设计的内容是采暖水泵房的噪声控制设计。
首先进行采暖水泵的选择计算和设计,对水泵房进行分析。然后对电动机进行噪声控制,画出零件图。接下来对水泵房噪声进行综合治理,主要步骤为:对电动机安装隔声罩,管道隔声包扎,泵基础设置减震器,泵房整体采用吸声处理,泵房通风开设进风或出风口,并安装消声器,最后泵房的门窗改用隔声门窗。
完成设计方案后,绘画各主要部件的零件图,最后画出整个房间噪声控制总的装配图。
