在汽车的传动系统中变速器是重要的一个环节,其有着独有的作用:将汽车发动机传输出来的转速降低以起到降速的作用;通过齿轮副的传递改变转动方向从而实现倒车行驶;通过设置空档的方式让动力中断。本次设计通过数据计算与分析,选择了合适的两轴间距,然后确定齿轮的各个参数,最后从齿轮所受力以及磨损情况分析,确定齿轮采用的材料,以及所需对齿轮进行的热处理工艺,然后对齿轮轴和轴承进行受力分析计
 
算,以确保其强度满足使用要求。通过计算结果利用 CAD 与 CATIA 绘图软件绘制二维图与三维图。通过设计,更深刻的了解了变速器的结构以及工作原理,对大学所学知识有了进一步的掌握,且本文设计对变速器设计行业也提供了一些参考。

Through the design, a more profound understanding of t he structure of the transmission and the working principle of the University of knowle dge has been further grasp, and this design of the transmission design industry also pr ovides some reference.
