设计简介
摘要
标识是指用于识别产品及其质量、数量、特性、特征和使用方法所做的各种表示的统称。机械产品在生产过程中需要对零部件进行有效的管理,在市场上需要对其进行识别和质量跟踪,标识打印机的出现就很好的解决了这一问题。标识打印机大概分为三大类:金属电印标识打印机、激光标识打印机、气动标识打印机。这三种标识打印机都有各自的特点,其中气动标识打印机是近年来出现的一种机电一体化产品,它是集机械、电子信息、计算机等技术于一体。由于它具有应用范围广、功能强,适应性强并且打印标识不易被仿造等一系列优点,所以在最近几年内得到了迅速的应用和普及。气动标识打印机的组成主要包括:控制系统、传动系统、气动系统、标记系统。它的基本工作原理是连通来自计算机控制信号,当计算机接到来自Y原点控制开关和X原点控制开关的信号后,带动标记头在驱动气源的配合工作下,采用高速冲击方式,形成字符,或图形点阵,从而完成在金属材料上所需要的各种文字、号码、图形的标记打标。
通过对气动标识打印机组成和工作原理的了解,本文所要完成的主要工作是设计气动标识打印机的传动系统,包括运动简图的设计、步进电机的选择、导轨、滚珠丝杠螺母副、同步带轮的设计和整体机构设计。还有气动系统的设计,以及打字程序的数控编程。

ABSTRACT
Marking is a general designation of the expression to recognise products and the quality, quantity, features and direction of these products. There is a problem that machinery products require an effective management of their hardware in the producing procedure and recognition and quality tracking after plunged into the market. The appearance of marking printer has solved this problem very well. Marking printer can be classified into three types, which includes metal electricity-signeted marking printer,laser marking printer and pneumatic marking printer. Each type of marking printers has its own features. Among these printers, stream-drive marking printer is a kind products of mechatronics coming up in recent years, with a combination of the techniques about machinery, electronic information, computer etc. Due to its a series of advantages such as broad domain of application, powerful function, strong applicability and troubled to be imitated, it has been applied and spread rapidly recent years.The pneumatic marking printer's composition mainly includes control system, transmission system, pneumatic system, mark system. Its main working principle is to connect the control signals from the computer. When the computer receives signals from Y zero point controlling switch and X zero point controlling switch, it drives the marking head crashing in a high-speed, forming characters or figure lattice, finishing the markings of diversified words, numbers and figures in need on metal material, with the cooperation of the drive by the headstream of the gas.
Having knowledge of pneumatic marking printer’s composition and its working principle, I write this disquisition to design the transmission system of an air operated marking printer, which includes a simple design of movement, the choice of step-by-steps electrical machinery, the design of guide rail, the ball -screw , synchronous pulley's design and the overall organization design. Also has pneumatic system's design, as well as typing procedure numerical control programming.
