摘要
螺纹封盖头是对灌装完毕的容器进行封口的设备,主要用于对薄壁铝质盖进行螺纹封口的机械结构。本文力图所设计的封盖头结构在满足应用要求的前提下,在更多方面得以改善,使其可以在灌装生产线上发挥提高工作效率的作用,并达到降低成本、操作简单、为企业创造良好的经济效益的目的。要实现螺纹封盖头对瓶子的封盖,将螺纹封盖头结构的动作过程分为三个部分展开:定位部分、 压紧部分、 旋合部分。首先要对瓶子进行准确的定位,需要设计定位元件,选择定位罩来定位;然后是要实现瓶盖能压紧在瓶子上,而且不容易脱落,设计顶端压紧组件来满足需求,选择压头结构来压紧瓶盖,传动部分选择凸轮推杆结构;最后在旋合滚压过程中要强迫瓶盖产生永久变形,产生与瓶口螺纹形状完全相同的贴合铝盖,还需要设计旋合滚压组件,选择辊杆螺旋辊结构。当旋合滚压完毕,整个封盖头上升复位完成整个加工流程。
本文设计的螺纹封盖头结构力求要实现对瓶盖准确定位、顶端压紧、旋合滚压的功能,具有结构简单、操作方便、提高饮品密封度、能提高生产效率等特点。
