摘    要
    空气压缩机在工业中越来越多的使用,尤其近几年气动生产线的发展,空气压缩机成了不可或缺的设备,空气的廉价和清洁的特点,为工业发展和环境保护发挥着重要作用。但空气压缩机是一种强噪音设备,在运转时会产生较大的噪音恶化了工人和周围居民的生活环境。空气压缩机的噪声特点为:低频突出,噪声声级高,能远距离传播,尤其空气压缩机的噪声的频率与人的身体器官固有频率非常接近,容易产生共振引发安全事故和长期持续对工人和周围居民身体造成伤害。该文章通过对噪声特性的分析,将研究如何从源头消除噪声,如何有效隔绝噪声传播。通过实验表明该方案设计合理,结构紧凑,节能降噪效果明显,实用性强,社会,环境,经济效益明显。

ABSTRACT
The use of air compressor in industry more and more, especially in recent years the development of pneumatic product line, air compressor has become an indispensable equipment, cheap and clean air, which plays an important role in industrial development and environmental protection. But the air compressor is a kind of strong noise equipment, which produces more noise during operation, and worsens the living environment of the workers and the residents around them. The noise characteristics of air compressor for high frequency noise level, long distance transmission, especially prominent, body natural frequency and some noise are very close, prone to accidents caused by resonance and long duration of workers and residents around the body damage. Through the analysis of the noise characteristics, the article will study how to eliminate noise from the source and how to effectively isolate noise transmission. Experiments show that the design is reasonable, compact structure, energy saving, noise reduction effect, practical, social, environmental and economic benefits are obvious.
