摘 要
混料系统是一种比较典型的现代机械设备,在化工、筑路和建筑行业中都有很广泛的应用。本设计的目的在于运用现代plc技术对化工混料系统进行控制。本设计先介绍了现代plc技术的发展现状以及本次设计的基本目的,介绍了本次设计选用的三菱plc和plc的基本工作原理。同时对本次要进行控制的化工混料系统的功能以及工作流程进行了分析,确定了设计的总体方案,对该系统的输入与输出点数进行了分析计算。确定了plc的基本型号(FX2N-16MR),对设计中的其它设备的选取做了说明。最后通过该次设计绘制了该控制系统的电气原理图、梯形图以及相应的语句表。关键词:混料系统;plc;系统控制;三菱;CAD
Abstract
Mixing system is typical modern machinery and equipment, in the chemical industry, road construction and building industry has a wide range of applications. The purpose of this design is to use modern PLC technology to control chemical blending system. This design first introduced the PLC technology development present situation as well as the basic purpose of this design, introduced the design chooses the basic working principle of Mitsubishi PLC and PLC. This secondary at the same time to control the chemical mixture system function and the working process are analyzed, and determine the overall scheme design, the system analyzes the input and output points of computing. Determine the basic models of PLC (FX2N -16 MR ), to account for the selection of other equipment in the design.
