平行光管测量平台平动机构设计
摘要:平行光管主要是用来产生平行光束的光学仪器,平行光管测量仪是一种光学精密测量仪器,本设计要为给定的平行光管测量仪设计建造一个测量平台,手动实现要求的测量动作。
本设计首先将运用所学理论基础知识对平行光管测量平台进行运动分析,包括测量平台的前后平动上下平动,水平摆动和俯仰摆动四个自由度的运动。平动机构主要包括上下平动机构和前后平动机构。本设计将运用UG三维CAD软件对测量平台的平动机构进行三维建模,并通过给定的原始数据和要求对该平台的平动机构进行详细的设计计算。同时本文还详细地介绍了丝杠螺母传动机构。

The Design of collimator Measuring platform—Overall Plan and Design of Tilting Mechanism
Abstract:Collimator is mainly used to produce a parallel beam optical instrument. Collimator is a kind of optical precision measuring instrument. The design will built a measuring platform for a given collimator, which will measure implementation requirements manually.
First, this design will use the basic knowledge of theory which we have learned design collimator measurement platform and make motion analysis, including before and after ,from top to bottom, horizontal swing and pitch oscillation four degrees of freedom of movement of the measurement platform. The translational mechanism mainly includes the before and after and up and down translational mechanism. And then using UG three-dimensional CAD software make 3D modeling for measuring platform, and get 3D model of the collimator measuring platform. Finally, by using the original data and the demand make a a detailed design and calculation for translational mechanism of the platform . At the same time this paper also introduces the leadscrew nut transmission mechanism in detail.
