设计简介
摘
随着生产力水平的发展,数控技术越来越广泛的应用于各个领域。而数控磨床更是发展中的重中之重,需求量扩大,我们必须全身心研究并设计出利于加工生产的数控磨床。
本次 设计的题目是数控凸轮轴磨床旋转转台设计。通过对磨床旋转转台的设计,使我在步入社会之前,不仅能够大体了解凸轮轴磨床旋转转台的大体功用,而且能够掌握机械设计的方法和步骤。
数控凸轮轴旋转转台是一种可以实现圆周进给和分度运动的工作台,它常被使用于磨床和数控加工中心上,可提高加工效率,完成更多的工艺,它主要由原动力、齿轮传动、蜗杆传动、工作台等部分组成,并可进行间隙消除和蜗轮加紧,是一种很实用的加工工具。本课题主要介绍了它的原理和机械结构的设计,并对以上部分运用AUTOCAD做图。
数控凸轮轴旋转转台的设计,首先,进行总体方案设计,传动方案采用齿轮传动和蜗杆传动;然后进行各零件的设计与校核,蜗杆与轴采用整体式结构;蜗轮与工作台采用螺钉连接;工作台的平衡通过止推轴承来保证;箱体由箱座、箱盖和顶盖组成,其中箱体上设计了圆台和加强筋;最后,对各零件进行装配。

ABSTRACT
With the development of productivity, numerical control technology is becoming more and more widely used in various fields.The CNC grinding machine is the most important in the development, the demand is enlarged, we must study the whole body and design the numerical control grinding machine which is favorable for the processing..
The graduation design is the problem of CNC camshaft grinder rotating table design. By of grinding machine for rotating the turntable design, make me before stepping into the society, not only to general understanding of camshaft grinder rotary turntable general function, but also can master the methods and steps of mechanical design.
CNC cam shaft for rotating the turntable is a circular feed and indexing movement worktable can be realized. It is often used in grinding machine and CNC machining centers, improve processing efficiency, more technology, which is mainly composed of a driving force, gear transmission, worm drive, such as working platforms and space for worm elimination and step up, is a very useful tool for processing. This paper mainly introduces its principle and mechanical structure design, and the above parts of the use of AUTOCAD chart.
CNC camshaft rotating the turntable design, first of all, for the overall program design, transmission scheme by gear transmission and worm transmission; then the parts of the design and checking, worm shaft and by integral structure; worm gear and work table adopts screw connection; the balance of the worktable through the thrust bearing to ensure; box is composed of a box seat, a box cover and the cover, which box design for circular and reinforcing ribs.
