设计简介
摘 要
为满足零件加工工艺要求,解决零件上平面的位置精度。根据零件的用途、作用及外形、工艺要求,对该零件的加工工艺进行了详细的分析。
针对现有加工工艺存在的缺陷,提出专机磨床的设计思路。利用碗型砂轮端面粗磨削盖板的底面,降低生产成本,极大的提高生产效率。

Abstract
In order to meet the machining technological requirement , ensure the position accuracy of the four heel surfaces, according to part’s purpose, function, overall profile, and technological requirement, fully analyzed its machining technology.
Processing technology for the existing defects ,plane grinding machine design ideas put forward. Use of coarse grinding bowl-type grinding wheel cover the bottom end ,Lower production costs , Greatly improve production efficiency .
