摘 要
木材是人类发现利用最早的一种原料,与人类的住、行、用有着密切的关系。随着社会的发展,人类对木工机械的要求也越来越高,包括机械种类、功能等的需求。刨床是铣床的一个特例,用它加工木材工件主要可以获得精确的尺寸和比较光滑的表面;还可以把零件加工成所需的截面形状。刨床总体上可分为立式刨床和卧式刨床两种。一般机床均采用卧式,大型车床采用卧式,主轴是立式的。立式车床主轴垂直布置,并且有直径很大的水平布置的工作台,横梁和立柱上都有刀架,可独立或同时工作加工直径很大的长度,卧式车床主轴水平布置,机床导轨水平,加工长度多大于直径。本设计要设计一个小型卧式刨床,以满足木材小型加工的要求,同时还兼有其它一些功能,如锯割,榫槽等。

Vertical lathe spindle vertical layout, and the level of the diameter of big worktable, decorate cross-piece is cutter, can independence or working at the same time, the length of the machining diameter big horizontal lathe spindle level decorate, machine slideway level, processing length than diameter. This design is to design a small horizontal planer, also with some other functions, such as saw-cutting and, tenon chamfer, etc.
