设计简介
摘 要
本设计的目的是用捷达轿车都市先锋(捷达王 GTX)的车身电器制作一个教学实验台,此实验台可以模拟电源及起动系、照明系、信号系统及辅助电器系统的实际工作情况。通过实际的演示和排除故障的过程使学生对每个电器元件和整个电器系统更加深刻的理解,从而达到理论联系实际的目的。
本设计首先在符合本次设计基本要求的基础上,确定了总体设计方案。采用捷达汽车电器系统,电动机和蓄电池为实验台提供电源。本次设计中,主要完成了台架及板面的设计、电源系统设计、元件布置、实验台电器元件接线等工作。
本设计的创新之处:汽车电器与电路教学台包括启动系统,电源系统,灯光仪表系统的结构,具有工作过程演示,拆装验证等功能。学生可以根据自己所学的理论知识自由的拆卸和搭接电路线束,并且可以在此汽车电器与电路综合教学台检验其拆装后能否正常工作;电器电路的线束可以自由的连接元器件,可以借此演示雨刮、门窗升降器、电动门锁的工作过程。由大灯,小灯,转向灯,雾灯,燃油表,水温表,车速表,车速表等组成的灯光仪表系统,学生可以根据自己所学知识组装灯光系统。学生还可以拆装,检修大灯和小灯,并在汽车电器与电路综合教学台检验其拆装的灯能否正常发光。

ABSTRACT
This design with the purpose of making a carriage with the electronic of the car city vanguard (Jetta GTX), the function of this set is that imitate the actual work circumstance of the charging system, the illumination system, the signal system and the meter system .by practice demonstrate and the process of expel breakdown, student can deepen the knowledge of each electronic component and entire electronic system, thereby attain the goal of integrate theory with practice.
This design is based on the basic requirements first,and then confirm the total design project.Adopt the electric appliances system of the Jetta, electric motor and storage battery to provide power supply for the experiment pedestal.In this design,mainly complete the design of experiment pedestal and flat piece, charging system ,circuit diagram, the composition of component and the connection of electric appliances component.
This design innovation place: automobile electric appliances and circuit teaching platform including start system, power system, the structure of the light meter system, has the work process demonstration, disassembling validation etc. Function. Students may, according to his own knowledge theory knowledge free disassembly circuit harness, and can in the automobile electric appliances and circuit comprehensive teaching stage to test its disassembling can work normally after; Electrical circuit connected components of wiring free, can take this demo of windscreen wiper Windows lifter electric lock working process. By headlamps, small lights, lights, fog lamps, fuel table, water thermometer, speed table, the lamplight of components, such as speed table instrument system, students can according to their own knowledge learnt assembly lighting system. Students also can tear open outfit, maintenance, and little lamp headlamps and in automobile electric appliances and circuit comprehensive teaching stage to test its disassembling lamp can be normal glow.
