摘 要:
随着科技技术的不断进步,生产向着自动化、专业化和大批量化接的方向发展。这就要求企业的生产在体现人性化的基础上降低工人的劳作强度,提高工人的生产效率。在此情况下接插件计数装置,越发体现出其广阔的应用领域和市场前景。计数装置使用齿轮传动,齿轮传动是现代机械中应用最广的一种传动形式,它的主要优点是:1)瞬时传动比恒定、工作平稳、传动准确可靠,可传递空间任意两轴之间的运动和动力;2)适用的功率和速度范围广;传动效率高,;4)工作可靠、使用寿命长;5)外轮廓尺寸小、结构紧凑。由齿轮、轴、轴承及箱体组成的齿轮减速器,用于原动机和工作机、或执行机构之间匹配转速和传递转矩的作用、在现代机械中应用极为广泛。
本设计的接插件计数装置是一种小型的运输机械,其承载力要求较小,相对于其他的齿轮传动机成本要求低,设计结构紧凑,计数精确。

Abstract::As technology advances toward the production of automation, Specialization and a large number of quantization direction.This requires the production in enterprise reduce workers labor strength and improve the production efficiency of workers based on humanity. In this case connectors counting device deeply reflects its wide applications and market prospect. Counting device use gear transmission which is a most widely used transmission form in modern machinery.
Its main advantages are: 1) the instantaneous velocity ratio is steady, smooth-working, accurate and reliable transmission, it can transfer sports and power in space between any two axis; 2)It is of wide ranges of applicable power&speed, and of high transmission efficiency,; 4) reliable work with long working life;5) external contour with small size and compact structure . The gear reducer consists of gear, axle, bearing and cabinet is used for prime mover and work machine or to realize the function of speed-matching and torque transmission during mechanism which is very extensively used in modern machinery. 目录
