摘 要
桔油以其优良的品质在化工、农业等领域有着广泛的应用,并作为当前一种新兴的环境材料在环保领域呈现出良好的应用前景。桔油分离机是一种利用高速旋转产生的离心力实现不同物质分层提取的离心机。离心机目前广泛应用于工业、农业、化工、医学、纺织、治金、船舶、军工各个领域,成为国民经济各个部门常用的一种通用的机械。
本设计主要根据桔油的成质,国内外研究状况以及应用现状,阐述了目前提取桔油的方法技术和基本理论。在参考分析常用离心机的基础上,对桔油分离机核心部分的关键零部件进行了设计,计算选取其传动部件和控制部件的几何参数。对桔油分离机的工作原理、设备技术、应用特点进行了重点分析。计算校核了桔油分离机的传动齿轮,其目的是使设备的工作性能更稳定,同时对电动机也进行了选型,匹配离心机协调运转,延长桔油分离机的使用寿命。

Abstract
Orange oil has been found extensive application in the field of chemistry , agriculture and so on. Now, as a newly-developed application, orange oil has also potential use in environment.The Orange oil separator is the centrifugal force which one kind of use high speed revolving produces achieves different material the disengaging zone splitter. The centrifuge has widely used in the industry, the agriculture, the chemical industry, the medicine, the spinning and weaving, governs the gold, the ships, war industry each domain. The centrifuge has become the national economy each department widespread use one kind of general machinery.
This design have the composition and properties of orange oil were introduced briefly, the present situation of its research、production in domestic and abroad and application was presented. Meanwhile , several techniques on extraction of orange oil were compared, including compression, has made the improvement to the perquisite splitter partial components. In reference on the basis of analysis of commonly used centrifuge, the orange oil separator core portion of the key parts for the design, calculation and selection of the transmission part and control part geometry parameters. The orange oil separator working principle, technology, application characteristics are analyzed Has also carried on the analysis to in its control questions. To the perquisite splitter principle, the application, the characteristic has carried on the analysis , And carried on to the electric motor has selected, causes its match. Has carried on nuclear to its gear. Its goal is causes the perquisite splitter the life extension.
