设计简介
摘 要
本论文为掘进机截齿三向力测试实验台,其主要目的是研究如何测试三个方向的力的机械测试方法。本次设计主要包括动力传动设计和如何检测三个方向的力。其工作原理主要是结构控制工作台的不同运动方向和工作头的旋转截割,把实际复杂的运动受力分解成三个方向的力,然后再进行信号收录、还原、分析,做进一步检测。本次设计的主要目的在于如何设计出三个方向分析的机械检测设备,为大型大量的实际施工设备、操作,收集和积累实验数据和必要的参数。

Abstract
This thesis for determing tooth three-axis testing machine, its main purpose is to study how to test the strength of the three directions mechanical testing method. This design includes power transmission design and how to detect the three directions. Its principle of work is mainly structure control of workbench movement direction and different job rotation of the head, the actual cutting force of sports complex in three directions of decomposing signal, and then collected, reduction, analysis, further testing.The main purpose of this design is how to design a three direction of mechanical testing equipment for large, large amounts of actual construction equipment and operation, collect and accumulating experimental data and the necessary parameters.
