开铁口机设计
摘
随着我国工业水平的发展,高炉冶炼技术日益强化,高炉生产效率大大提高,从原来的每天出铁4次,产量2000吨,到现在每天出铁10次,产量12000吨。使炉前工业日加繁重。要快速安全地把冶炼好的铁水放出来,就要提高炉前设备的性能。开铁口机是炉前四大设备之一,本次设计介绍了国内和国外的一些开铁口状况。通过研究以前的高炉开铁口机,我们应该设计新的高炉开铁口机。
说明书中的第一部分为前言,主要介绍了开铁口机的基本情况。第二部分比较现有的主要开口设备并介绍了本次设计方案的特点。第三部分是具体的设计计算。最后翻译学习了有关的英文资料。

The Design of Iron-Mouse-Openere Machine
Abstract
With the development of the industry, the melting technical of blast furnace are making important day and day. The production rates of the iron-making blast furnace has increased greatly. From tapping of about four times one day to now ten times one day and from making out two thousands tones a day to now twelve thousands times per day .which make the operation more important in front of the furnace ,In order to quickly and safely tapping off the liquid iron melted, we must work hard to increase the performance of the equipment.The tapping machine is one of the major installations in the front of the blast furnace, The topic of the design gives some introductions of the present conditions of our country and international. With the studying the blast furnace tapping machine, we should design our new blast furnace tapping machine.
The first part of the manual descript the fundamental practice of tapping machine. The compared several applied tapping machine at home and abroad. Third part is mainly about design and calculation. Part four mainly introduces the difference of this design and .At the end, is the translation..
