可旋转升降轨道车用摆渡车的设计
[摘 要] 混凝土砌块是目前新型墙体应用最广泛的一种,混凝土砌块成型叠放在小型叉车上后,由于小型叉车的震动,会使刚成型的砌块破碎或裂纹,造成大量废品。若人工的拖拉叠放的砌块耗时较大。本课题的可旋转升降轨道用摆渡车就是解决企业现存这一问题中的这个重要环节,砖块由升板机叠放在升降轨道车上后,摆渡车会自动、准确地将旋转升降轨道车运送到料场的各个轨道,实现送车到位、对轨准确、运行平稳,并与生产环节相配套以及提高企业的生产效率,降低工人劳动强度的目的。本设计包括车架、行走装置、电路控制三大部分。
