随着科技的不断发展,数控技术在企业中发挥越来越重要的作用。本设计通过对数控加工的工艺特点、加工零件工艺性等进行分析,选择正确的加工方法,设计合理的加工工艺过程,充分发挥数控加工的优质、高效、低成本的特点。设计说明书以数控车床车削轴类零件为例,根据被加工工件的材料、轮廓形状、加工精度等选用合适的机床,制定加工方案,确定零件的加工顺序,各工序所用刀具,夹具和切削用量等,编写加工零件的程序。按照说明书要求将加工出零件,并对零件自检数据进行分析,说明在加工过程中应注意的事项。

Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, numerical control technology in the enterprise play more and more important role. This design through on the nc machining technological characteristics, processing parts such as technology analysis and choose the correct processing method, to design the reasonable processing technology process, give full play to the nc machining of high quality, high efficiency, low cost characteristic. The design specification to numerical control lathe cutting axial parts as an example, according to the material, the machining by contour shape, processing precision suitable machine tool, the processing plan formulated, determine the parts processing order, each working procedure, the cutting tool, fixture and cutting dosages, write processing components of the program. According to the specifications will work out parts, and parts of self data, in the process that should be paid attention in the matters.
