摘要
 
本篇介绍当今世界数控技术及装备发展的趋势及我国数控装备技术发展和产业化的现状,在新的环境下,发展我国数控技术,提高我国制造业信息化水平和国际竞争能力的重要性。
针对此课题,本文介绍了椭圆球头轴的加工工艺及数控编程,将椭圆球头零件作为案例,进行数控车的加工工艺编制和数控编程的设计,并进行模拟仿真。

Abstract
This paper describes the the world CNC technology and equipment development trend of CNC equipment and technology development and industrialization of the status quo, in the new environment, the development of numerical control technology, the importance of Chinese Manufacturing Information and international competitiveness.
  For this subject, the article describes the process and CNC programming of CNC lathe, CNC car axle parts as a case, the process of preparation of CNC lathe and CNC programming design and simulation.
