设计简介
摘要
本次设计的题目是典型轴类零件数控车削加工工艺及编程,文章的重点在于对典型轴类零件的工艺性和力学性能分析,对加工工艺规程进行合理分析,对典型轴类零件进行加工工艺规程的设计,其中包括了轴类零件的数控车削加工,并且介绍了数控车削加工工艺及数控编程,以此典型轴类零件进行数控车削加工工艺编制和数控编程的设计,经过实践证明,最终可以加工出合格的典型轴类零件。
文章的主要内容为典型轴类零件的工艺分析,工艺路线的制定,各工序的切削力及切削工时的计算以及零件的手工程序的编制和各主要工序的程序清单。

Abstract
