设计简介
模具工业是国民经济的基础工业,受到政府和企业界的高度重视。模具技术已经成被越来越多的人所推广和学习。
本论文是挂钩注射模CAD设计,是对机械专业知识的综合运用。该设计分为两部分,一部分是对挂钩测绘零件图纸,用CAD软件进行三维造型,完成塑件注射模具方案设计和相关设计计算;一部分是完成模具零件CAD三维造型设计,完成该注射模具装配图设计和全部零件图纸设计,最后完成该注射模具的制造工艺设计。

Abstract
Mould industry is the foundation of the national economy industries,and it is the highly valued by government and the business community . Mould technology has been promoted and learned by more and more people.
This paper is pothook injection mould CAD design, which is the integrated use of mechanical expertise. The design is divided into two parts, one for pothook mapping parts drawings, using CAD software for 3D modeling, assuming the completion of the program design and injection molding related design calculations; the other part is that completed mould parts’ CAD 3D shape design, the completion of the injection mold design and assembly of all parts of the design drawings, Final completing of the injection molding manufacturing processes design.
