设计总说明
模具工业是国民经济的基础工业,受到政府和企业界的高度重视。发达国家有“模具工业是进入富裕社会的原动力”之说,可见其重视的程度。当今,“模具就是产品质量”,“模具就是经济效益”的观念,已被越来越多的人接受。正是基于对中国模具发展趋势的认识和对中国模具业发展的信心,我选择了学习模具,选择了香波喷嘴注塑模具设计做为我的毕业设计。
本设计首先根据给定的实物分析其结构合理性,然后进行测绘,完成实体图和二维图。
其次,根据完成的实体图进行模具设计,在进行模具设计时,根据塑件的形状并结合手册循序渐进的进行模具设计。这次模具设计是对以前所学知识的一次实践。由于我没有实践经验所以很多东西都要依靠手册。包括数据的选取和工艺性的确定。模具设计包括浇注系统、冷却系统及动、定个部分的结构的设计。在设计时要使用到AUTOCAD2004和Pro/ENGINEER,这些计算机辅助设计软件对于提高设计的速度和质量很有帮助,这也是当今模具行业发展的选择。
在近三个月的设计中,为了更好地完成任务,期间还到工厂进行了实习,参观了塑料模具的生产加工过程,这加强了我们的感性认识,更有利于我们完成模具设计。

introduction
The mold industry is the foundation industry of the national economy, receives highly takes from the government and the enterprise. The developed country has the saying that "the mold industry is enters the affluent society the driving force", obviously it takes the degree. Now, the idea of "the mold is the quality of product ", "the mold is the economic efficiency", has been accepted by more and more many people.Precisely based on the understanding of Chinese mold development tendency and the confidence of Chinese mold industry development confidence, I have chosen studying the mold design, and chose the mold design of shampoo spray nozzle to cast as my graduation project.
First analyze its structure rationality acts according to the material object which assigns to in this design, then carries on the mapping, completes the entity chart and the two dimensional plot.
Next, carries on the mold design, according to the entity chart which was completed. When carries on the mold designs, according to models the shape parallel connection to gather the handbook to proceed in an orderly way carries on the mold design. This mold design was a practice for the knowledge I mastered before. Very many things all must depend upon the handbook because I do not have the experience, including the data selection and technological determination. The mold design including pours the system, the cooling system and moves, decides a partial structure the design. Using PRO/ENGINEER2001 and AutoCAD2000 can improve the quantity and efficiency of mold design. This software also is the mold profession development choice now.
In order to complete the task well, we have arrived the factory and carried on the practice during the three month’s design, visited the plastic mold production processing process. These strengthened our perceptual knowledge, were more advantageous to us to complete the mold design.
