塑料圆罩成型工艺与模具设计
摘 要
本设计题目为塑料圆罩成型工艺与模具设计,来源于书籍,体现了典型塑料模的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者塑料模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的塑料模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求,为选取浇口的类型做好了准备;然后估算了塑件的体积,便于选取注塑机及确定型腔数量;其次看是否需要侧抽,如需要,选择合适的侧抽机构,确定其工作原理;最后分析了塑件的特征,确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及推出装置的选取。

Abstract: This design topic is cover plastic molding process and mold design protection, from books, reflects the typical plastic mould design requirements, content and direction, the design of a certain significance. Through the design of the die parts, further strengthen the designers of basic knowledge of plastic mold design, paving the way and draw a more profound experience for the plastic mold design more complex.
This design using the basic knowledge of plastic molding process and mold design, first analyzes the composition and performance of the plastic parts, ready to select the type of gate; plastic parts and estimated the volume, to select the injection molding machine and determine the number of cavities; secondly whether need to side, if necessary, select the appropriate the side core pulling mechanism, its working principle is determined; finally analyses the characteristics of plastic parts, determination of design parameters, die design and the introduction of the selected devices.
