设计简介
摘要
此次毕业设计的题目为花朵盖塑料成型工艺与模具设计,体现盒盖类塑料零件的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。CAD软件等相关专业课程学习,是一个非常重要的结合性的环节,经过对模具零件的设计,加强对注塑模具设计的基础知识的设计的认识,为设计更为复杂的注塑模具和借鉴提供更深刻的经验.
(1)模具的地位及其重要性在现代工业发展的进程中日益被人们所认识。模具成为了现代工业工业作为进入富裕社会的原动力之一,正推动着整个现代工业技术向前迈进,模具就是“现代化”之深刻含意的 标志,模具的设计也正在为人们所理解和掌握。当塑料品种入其成型加工设备确定后,塑料制品质量的优劣及生产效率的高低模具因素约占80。由此可知推动模具技术的进步刻不容缓,现代一个国家工业化发展的程度,取决于塑料模具设计技术与制造水平常标志。所以塑料模具设计对于产品质量与产量的重要性是不言而喻的。
(2)这个设计使用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识,需要分析组件和塑料零件的性能要求,选择浇口类型,估计塑料的体积,选择和确定腔注塑的数量;分析塑料零件的特点,模具设计参数、设计要点和选择的推出装置。
(3)通过设计实践,逐步树立正确的设计观念,增强创新意识和竞争意识,对一般塑料模具的基本规律,分析和解决问题的能力。

Abstract
The design topics as flowers cover plastic forming process and die design, embodies the lid plastic part design requirements, content and direction, there are some design sense. CAD software and other related professional courses after studying an important associative link, through the design of the parts, to further strengthen the basics of injection mold design for designers, for the design of injection mould for more complex bedding and draw a more profound experience.
The status and importance of the mold in the process of the development of modern industry is increasingly being recognized. The mould has become the modern industry as it enters one of the motive force of the affluent society, is to promote the modern industrial technology forward, mold is a sign of the deep meaning of the "modernization" of, die design is for people to understand and master. When the plastic varieties into the processing equipment is determined and quality of plastic product quality and the production efficiency of high and low mold factors accounted for about 80. Thus it may be known to promote the progress of Die & Mould Technology urgent, the industrialization development of the modern country, depending in plastic mold design and manufacturing So the importance of plastic mold design for product quality and yield is self-evident.
This design using the basic knowledge of plastic molding process and mold design, the need to analyze the performance of components and plastic parts requirements, choose the type of gate, estimating the plastic volume, select and determine the number of cavity injection; analysis of the characteristics of the plastic parts, mold design parameters, design key points and the selection of the launch device.
Through the design practice, gradually establish the correct design concept, strengthen the innovation consciousness and the competition consciousness, to the general plastic mold basic rule, the analysis and the problem solving ability.
