摘要
本课题所研究的模具是典型的三板式模具,即双分型面注塑模。双分型面注塑模有两个分型面,Ⅰ-Ⅰ为第一个分型面,分型后浇注系统凝料由此取出;Ⅱ-Ⅱ为第二个分型面,分型后塑件由此脱出。本模具所采用的材料是流动性和成型性优良、成品率高、但易出现裂纹,成型塑件脱模斜度不宜过小的聚苯乙烯。导向轮制品呈细长圆管形,且其外圆分布有六个直径较大且壁较薄的凸缘,在注射过程中,为便于制品成型,尽量缩短塑料在注射过程中的流程,本模具采用痕迹不影响塑件外观和使用性能的四个点浇口。本模具型芯细长,在注射过程中型芯易变形,为避免在注射过程中细长型芯发生变形,在制品允许存在工艺孔的条件下,设置了八个支撑杆,用以提高型芯的刚性。为保证在开模过程中使制品留在动模一侧,在定模一侧设置了三个顶杆。为便于将浇注系统凝料取出,特设置了两个分型面。

Abstract
This topic studies the mold is the typical three board style mold, namely the double-parting line molds. The double-parting line molds has two profiles, I - I for the first parting line, after dividing pours the system to congeal the material from this to take out; II - II for the second parting line, after dividing models from this to leave. This mold uses the material is the fluidity and the formability fine, the rate of finished products high, but is easy to appear the crack, takes shape models the drawing of patterns ascent not suitable small polystyrene. A guidance turn of product assumes the tall and slender circle tubular-shaped, also its outer annulus distribution has six diameters to be big also the wall thin flange, in the injection process, for is advantageous for the product to take shape, reduces the plastic in injection process flow as far as possible, this mold uses the trace not to affect models an outward appearance and the operational performance four pin-point gate. This mold core tall and slender, is easy in the injection process medium core to distort, for avoids the slender configuration core having the distortion in the injection process, under the goods in process permission existence craft hole condition, has established eight support pillar, with by enhancement core rigidity. In order to guarantee in opens in the mold process to cause the product to remain moves a mold side, was deciding a mold side to establish three ejector pin.
