设计简介
本论文根据工程实际的电风扇外罩的锁紧螺母的注射模具设计。在设计中采用聚丙烯塑料注射而成型,成型方式为一模两腔,该论文具体分析了产品的工艺性,确定了所采用塑料的工艺参数和所采用的成型设备,确定了模具制作的总体方案,分析并解决了模具的总体结构和各工作部分的具体结构,并对零件尺寸进行了计算和一些必要的强度校核。该论文还对分型面、浇注系统和脱模机构进行了分析设计,完成了模具工程图设计,最后进行了主要零件加工工艺设计。

Abstract
In this paper, based on actual engineering needs of the completion of the locking nut fan of injection mold design. The present paper completes the injection molding design of the dressing case top according to the need of the project. To take shape, we need to use the polyethylene plastic injection, for forming a two-cavity mold. And this paper has concretely analyzed product's technology capability and determined to use the plastic technological parameter and the formation equipment. This paper also has determined the overall plan of the mold manufactures, analyzed and solved the gross structure of the mold and the concrete structure of each effective part, and has carried on some essential size calculation and the intensity examination. This paper also has carried on the analysis design of surface, gating system and the release and completed the mold engineering design, and finally carried out the design of the main parts processing technology.
