茶杯盖的注塑模设计
摘 要:本设计题目为茶杯盖的注塑模设计,体现了圆盖形零件的设计要求、内容、方向。通过对该模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者对注塑模各方面知识的扩展和运用,从中学到更多知识,为设计复杂模具打下基础。
本设计根据工件的具体形状及外观,分析材料的使用性能及成型性能,再选取合适的分型面、浇口、注塑机及模具结构。然后根据模具的具体特征,确定其具体尺寸。
本模具采用三板式。脱模时,先将凝料脱出,再由中间板使其与塑件分离。本模具设有型环 , 当模具在冷却水的循环作用下冷却后,塑件变硬。在动模后退过程中,型环将塑件从模具中顶出,最后由弹簧复位。这种机构脱模可靠,设计方便且在模具中占用空间较小,非常适合在该模具中使用。

tea-cup top plastic injecting mold design
Abstract:The subject is the design of the tea-cup top plastic injecting mold, Which embodies the requirement content and direction of the design for round top plastic parts .By means of the mold design , the knowledge in all fields is spreaded and used . And the basic structure of plastic mold more comprehended .
According to the shape and appearance of the work , the designer analyzes the applying function and shaping function of plastic .And he chooses the apposite parting surface , the sprue , the injection –molding machine and the structure of mold . Then according to specific feature of the mold , the designer determines the specific size .
This is a three-plate mold . Since the mold is cooled by circulating cold water , the plastic hardens and the part may be ejected when the plunger draws back and the mold opens . The runner system which has been solidified is shaked off by the middle plate . This mold has two templates . The work will be ejected by the templates , when the moving die is falling back . And it is reseted by springs at last . Lastly the character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.
